The constraints should be used as a parameter of the classifier method. At this moment, sometimes the constraints are inside the data. In the GUI, in Classifier panel, we should add a section between "Classifier parameters" and "Attributes selection and weights configuration". This section "Constraints" will have 2 buttons: "Load constraints" / "Add constraints"
